Yes, I do consider you a qualified applicant for the programs you mention. That said, LBS and HEC would be reasonable reaches in my view (the link is to an online tool to evaluate your candidacy and make a good school list -- it's form MBAs but the process would work as well for MiMs); the others on-par in terms of competitiveness. A key to success in these applications will be a compelling presentation.
You don’t mention what your goals are, so it’s hard to say which programs would best suit your goals. That said, LBS and HEC are probably the strongest all-around, including recruitment. I suggest reviewing and analyzing the recruiting and post-grad employment to determine which of the programs will be best for you in that regard.
