Hey All,
First off, really appreciate the honest feedback. I am working towards app submissions for the R2 deadline. Initial thoughts are: Northwestern, University of Chicago, Notre Dame, Carnegie Mellon, and Pitt.
Undergrad: 3.4 GPA at a top ten undergraduate business program, finance and accounting double major
GMAT: 710 (48Q 40V) 8IR 5.0Essay
Work Experience: 2 year corporate finance management rotational program at a well known large industrial conglomerate, 1 year as a finance analyst managing contracts with backlog ~$1B, promotion for 6 months to a contract portfolio with backlog ~$5B... Total of 3.5-4 years of work experience by program start.
Extra Info: white male, 26 years old, multiple mission trips and 50+ accumulated hours at humane society/homeless shelter, avid runner, on multiple rec sports teams (soccer and basketball).
Let me have it! Do I have a shot? Also, any idea if scholarships aren't out of the realm of possibility?

Well Phil,
I think I'd need a bit more info to totally dig down and give you a profile eval, but the short of it is basically - yes, at those schools you should have a shot.
A few things to consider though
- you maaaay want to wait till next year because 1) You will be able to get a lot more apps done 2. You will have more time to work on each app. 3. An extra year will give you some good experience - 2 years is a bit on the low side
- If you DO decide to apply now, one thing that will totally help, esp. given that you have little experience, is if your company is a) supporting your MBA b) offering you a managerial position upon your return (not unheard of in industrial conglomerates)

You have a pretty good shot at most of those schools based on what I understand so far about your background and a fantastic shot at Notre Dame, Pitt (I'd say almost a sure thing). While it is tight to get the apps done for this year, there is still plenty of time to put together quality apps if you do it right and are focused. Do you have all of your stories or are you still thinking about how to pitch yourself? Is there a correlation between your volunteer work and other personal aspects of yourself / family life or is that hanging by itself right now? These are the types of connections that are good to think about.
With almost 4 years of experience, you are at a good time to apply. If you have great promotions / job changes coming up in the next year then waiting could help, otherwise you can go for it this year.
