I heard about Critical Square from a friend. Thought I would inquire about my chances. Please evaluate my profile, it is as follows:
Experience:
Total Full Time : 7 years - Construction/Project Management/Design - 4 companies
International : 1 year (Part Time during masters) , Construction Management (onsite) ; 3 yrs (full time) national exp with international teams.
Current Position : Managerial (Team Leader)
Education :
Undergrad : B. Arch (5 years), Birla Institute of Technology, 7.2 / 10 GPA
Masters : Masters in Construction Management, National University of Singapore, 4.2 / 5 GPA
Extra-Curricular :
Minimal ; College Level Sports.
Test Scores :
GRE : 304
TOEFL : 96
Post MBA Goals:
General Management in Real Estate Industry
Target Schools :
Purdue University: Krannert
Vanderbilt University: Owen
University of Minnesota: Carlson
University of Rochester: Simon

Hey Vishal - welcome! Your friend is awesome for sending you our way. Let's see what we've got here...
What I like: Your work experience is a) different (hooray, not IT!), b) diverse, and c) apparently impactful. It is also international which is great. You're clearly dedicated to your field with your master's degree and, that too, international (love NUS - I went there for a bit too!). So your profile in that regard is good and your goals make sense to me. Not crazy career switching happening.
What I'm not a huge fan of: Your GRE is...kinda low. Even for the programs you're applying to, you're not putting yourself in a great position. And your TOEFL is low as well. The average TOEFL at Owen, for example, is 105. Of lesser concern, but still an issue, is your complete lack of involvement since undergrad. You've got...nothing. School's don't like that. Because they want you to be involved when you get to campus. And folks who have been involved in the past tend to get involved. Momentum if you will.
So...what are the odds you can bring that GRE and TOEFL up and/or take the GMAT?
