I am applying to Bschools in the fall 2015 batch and would love a profile evaluation.
1.I am a 20 year old Indian female who is currently a college senior.
2. My GMAT score is 690 (87%).
3. I have a 1.5 years work ex. I have worked for 6 months with Skillovate ( a talent development and consultancy firm) wherein I initiated a CSR campaign in association with the Art Of Living which focuses on rural youth development and disaster relief. I have also worked for a year with Deloitte ( one of the big fours) in the audit and assurance department wherein I conducted numerous statutory and tax audits along with tax and derivatives certification. Though full time, these would technically fall under ' paid internships'
4. My current GPA is 4.0/4.0 and by Jun 2015 I shall have a degree in Bachelors of Commerce and a Diploma in General Management from Jain university, Bangalore. I have also completed my foundation and intermediate studies in Chartered Accountancy (CA) and hold a degree in Integrated Professional Competency Course (IPCC). (I got a 95.8% in my 12th grade).
5. Extracurricular: I have volunteered for 2 years with the Art Of Living wherein I organized and coordinated many social and cultural events. I am also a member of the commerce forum in our college which organizes and participates in national level inter college business festivals. I have lead many a teams to a win in these festivals.
6. Other info : I am fluent in 4 languages - English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and know the basics of French, Spanish and Russian. I am trained classical dancer with 7 years training in Bharatnatyam.
I am applying to the following schools and would like to know my chances of getting in:
Stanford, Yale, Booth, Stern, Marshall, Sloan, LBS

You have an excellent profile. Your academics and extracurricular are really good. the list of B-Schools you have mentioned above are good. Based on your profile and GMAT Score, I would suggest you to target B-Schools like NYU Stern and USC Marshall from the list you have mentioned above. Apart from these, you may also target B-Schools like - Cornell, Michigan Ross, CMU Tepper and UNC Kenan Flagler as well.
As your GMAT Score is on lower side, I would suggest you to take some professional help to make your B-School application strong.

Hey there,
Sooo I got a few thoughts for you here:
1. Don't apply in 2015. You don't yet have enough experience, and you will get into a less good MBA program than you can actually get into (or not at all). The average work experience for MBAers is about 5 years at matriculation. Keep in ind that they ONLY count work experience AFTER you graduated. So right now, you actually have zero years of experience. Best time to apply is three years AFTER you graduate.
2. Number 1 gives you ample time to retake the GMAT! Which is great, because although a 690 is certainly good, it's not high enough for the schools you are targeting.
3. In the meanwhile, this will give you the opportunity to improve your profile by taking on more leadership, more volunteer work, more extra curriculars.
