Hi Sridhar,
Since you have 15 years of work experience I would suggest for you to go for Executive MBA programme. But, before that you have take your GMAT first. Based on your GMAT Score we would be in a better position to shortlist B-Schools for you. As of now, I would say there are couple of B-Schools that offer executive MBA's like IIM, ISB, HEC, INSEAD and NYU Stern etc.

1. Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy - London Business School
2. Nanyang Fellowship program
3. IIM A, B, C & L Executive MBA programs
You will need a GMAT sore for each of these.
