Hey there,
Thanks for your post and I'm happy to share my thoughts! Keep in mind, the amount I can help will be limited because I can't see your application. I love how you've thought about what might have held you back and yes, your experience was probably a big part of it. You were definitely young! Another year will help quite a bit and while you're still at the lower end of the range, you're now solidly IN the range and that's what counts.
First off, your goals make no sense with what you've been doing. Also, you've mentioned Sports and very few of those programs even have anything in that field much less expertise. The two schools that have one, Booth & MIT, are missing from your list. And on top of that, your goals are really hard to get into - especially as an international student. So...strike one on that front. Your goals may be passionate, but they aren't going to win over the hearts and minds of the adcom.
By the way, your GMAT is fantastic - I didn't say that before. Congratulations!! Your GPA seems a bit low BUT that really depends on the rest of your class. How did you rank? The 3.0 doesn't concern me if the top marks was a 3.2, y'know?
Lastly, the things I can't see. The essays, if they went with the story above, probably left a lot to be desired. With just 2 years working, your resume was probably light. And your recommendations - this is a wildcard.
So what I would say is regroup, think long and hard about your goals, and your next steps forward should be really logical and well thought out. The schools you're a reapplicant to are going to be keeping a REALLY close eye on what's changed. Not just work wise, but also in your head.
