Kumar,

Though the plan makes sense, but bear in mind that an EMBA may not really add a lot of weight to your profile for making a switch into the industry. Bulk of that will happen primarily through your personal network - something that may get a boos through the EMBA though. If you are looking at the EMBA more from a learning and networking point, it is not a bad option. Given your plans, yes, a dual course would make a lot of sense.
