I am planning to apply in round 1 for Fall 2016. Please evaluate my profile.
Below is a snapshot of my profile-
Post Grad : PGDM (equivalent to MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (Top 10 b-school in India) - 2011
GPA - 2.41/4.33 : low GPA attributable to grade drops due to low attendance because of poor health (not sure if it will have positive or negative impact)
Undergrad : B.Tech (Information Technology) from Vellore Institute of Technology (Top 20 Engineering college in India) - 2009
GPA - 8.52/10
GMAT: 770 ( Quant-51 , Verbal-44)
Work-ex (total 4 yrs in FInancial Services industry):
-Currently working as Manager in Market Risk for HSBC - Leading a team of 7 members that drives the inputs to risk calculation models used for market and credit risk calculations globally.
-Previous work-ex of 2 yrs 3 months with CRISIL (India's largest credit rating agency $ a Standard & Poor's company) in the Research and Analytics division.
Certifications:1. FRM charterholder
2. CFA Level 1 cleared
Extra curriculars:1. Co-founded a non profit organization that provides healthcare service to underprivileged members of the society.
2. Chairing the committee that is working on revamping the training programs across 2 countries in my current organization.
Career Goals - Post MBA, looking to move into Financial Consulting sector with geographical relocation (preferably to the US).

-Columbia
-NYU Stern
-INSEAD
I am only targeting the top programs. Not sure I will be able to justify the opportunity (as well as actual) costs if I go lower.
Do you think I have a reasonable chance of cracking any of my target schools with my profile?
