I'm a 32 year old female applicant from North East Asia. Please take a look at my profile and comment on any of the weaknesses.
Career goals: expand current family business and spin off new line of business
Professional Career: total 9+ years
Junior Marketing planner at MNC affiliated local advertising agency (2 years) - Did various types of qualitative/quantitative market research and analysis , provided marketing consultations to creative teams and clients
Marketing communications specialist at reputed multi national software co. (2.5 years) - launched new marketing campaigns, developed lead generation activities, supervised customer database project, etc.
Alliance Manager at same company(2 years) - Engaged with major partners and leveraged partner's resources to develop joint businesses, administered professional consultants organization, managed sponsorship funding for regional event hosted by home country
left company due to downsizing/ political reasons
Traveled backpack for 2 weeks in South East Asia
Participated in founding a lifestyle business venture (lasted 6 month) - travel, dining, creative design - venture failed due to partners' dispute
Joined mid-sized local logistics company as marketing and business development manager (2.5 years, owned by family, major shareholder, after father's illness) : Revamped marketing, built alliances with major forwarders, manage sales account of 2.5 mio USD, standardized pricing and sales process

Offer Career advice to juniors at company
Give guidance and support to younger cousins (12 and 15) after aunt's death

* TOEFL - 290
* GPA - 2.85,Sociology at Top Natiional University (too many extracurricular activities during freshman and sophomore years)
* International/Cultural exposure - extensive travels throughout Asia, North America, Europe, Participated and lead regional projects

I'm looking at schools with strong entrepreneurship focus and general management, and where people are generally friendly - Berkeley, Columbia, UCLA, U of Mich Ross, University of Maryland. Would appreciate your advice in positioning myself to these schools. Does any of these schools seems to be a bit of a stretch? Which other schools should I consider applying?

You're most welcome.
You have a chance at all the schools you list, but I would say that Columbia is a stretch given your undergrad GPA. You have a competitive profile for the others with your GPA being the big question mark for all. I am hoping that given your lengthy and impressive experience, the schools will overlook the youthful GPA. Also consider Cornell, Indian, and UNC.
