Hey there,

No, as we mentioned, it isn't your CGPA (which is wonderful - good job!) it's more your GMAT. We completely understand how the Indian system works and your institution and performance are beyond reproach. But a 680...well, that isn't. It's either at the median or well below it. And then if you layer on the fact that you're Indian...you're quite a bit more off your applicant pool's median too.

In terms of involvement - you wrote you had significant involvement after you graduated but all we really see is sports (and some of that might have been college level too). You haven't been involved in any organizations or taken leadership roles it seems. That doesn't mean you have to go help the homeless, but whether it's community involvement or thought leadership - we'd want to see something more substantive than merely sports.

To your last question - OF COURSE! :)
