Hi all,
i would love to hear opinions on the Master of Real Estate Development Program at Columbia School New York. I can not find to many information online for example concerning relevant GPA or GMAT scores (they say no minimum? Hard to believe). Maybe you experts can help me out?
I am very much interested in the combination of Finance & Real Estate Development as this program seems to offer exactly that. I am therefore thinking about applying and would like to hear about my chances.
My profile:
Male, German, 22y old
- Undergrad: Munich University (One of the best in Germany as well as Europe) in Business Administration. GPA 2.7.
- GMAT: yet to do, probably somewhere around 600-650, mock-test showed a very high verbal score. quant okay-ish.
- Work Experience (i.e. Internships):
I was part of a very fast growing and now established start-up that engages in the public transport sector for several months. I have a good set of knowledge of accounting fundamentals due to another internship with an accounting firm.
Two investment-banking internships with renowed banks, one in the Debt-Capital Markets department and one in the M&A department. All have written me excellent certificates concerning my work.
If there is anything else you need to know I am more than happy to provide. Mainly I would like to know if this would be "enough" to get into columbias MRED program.
