Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your background with us! Let's start with your academic profile - looks great! Your solid GMAT and undergraduate performance will put you in the conversation at a lot of schools. Now, let's talk about your experience. At first glass, your experience is a bit limited. AdComs won't see your internship experience as the same as traditional, full-time experience. Also, while it sounds as thought there are a lot of informal examples and anecdotes about your leadership, formal leadership experience is preferred. Don't get me wrong, what you have is the next best alternative to that, however if working another year will get you that formal leadership experience, you may want to consider that. Finally, I think your involvement experience has potential, but based on the information you provided, it's just that...potential. This category should be looked at as quality >> quantity type of thing. Rather than compiling a longer list of things you were associated with, try and prioritize them and identify the 2-3 activities where you spent the most time and had the most impact.
A few questions regarding your profile. What is your role in the consulting firm you just joined? Can you be more precise about your long term goal? "Business leader" can mean a lot of different things.
Based on what you shared, H/S/W, Kellogg, and INSEAD are going to be a stretch mainly because of the work experience. While these schools do take students with your level of work experience (based on length, not quality), it's only a select few as their average age is 2-3 years older than you. Schools like McCombs and Jones (Rice) are more aligned. While it's another stretch school, Fuqua is a school that has a great program with a focus on energy that fits your story. A mix of schools in the top 15-20 with 1-2 stretch is a good option if you're set on applying this year.
