Hey sufishake!

I would like to start your profile assessment with your academic capabilities. You graduated from BITS Pilani, one of India's top universities, which gives you a distinct advantage over the competition as schools tend to pick out grads from top schools of a particular country. A CGPA of 7.01 during your Msc Tech Information Systems is a bit on the lower end, however, you can prove your academic prowess by going above and beyond with your GRE. Speaking of your GRE, it should be noted that most MSBA programs in the United States require a GRE score of at least 320. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you retake this exam in order to improve your chances of getting accepted.

Furthermore, you have mentioned that during your undergraduate years, you were strongly involved in extracurricular activities. This can be an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate a variety of skills under your belt. Here you can highlight your finest achievements in order to create a more holistic profile and increase your chances of acceptance. You can expand on this by highlighting your involvement in numerous clubs and associations, as well as your participation in NGOs and competitions. In addition, you might include any certification courses you have completed to demonstrate your desire for learning.

Now, in terms of your professional experience, you have a fantastic portfolio here, with a total 6-year experience working for big brands including the likes of EY and Deloitte. Furthermore, working on international projects is quite impressive. Here, you must set yourself apart from the other applicants by emphasising professional accomplishments such as projects you worked on, any leadership positions held, or any impacts you had. Additionally, since it's been a while that you’ve graduated, you may highlight any recent extracurricular activity that you took part in, for instance, any CSR initiatives or volunteering activities etc and so on.

Based on the information you've provided, here's a breakdown of the schools that you can target

Coming Under the Dream Category with a 40% chances of acceptance - UT Austin, Carlson School of Management, Cincinnati
Competitive Category with 50 to 60% of chances - Fordham, McComb Texas, University of Rochester, Rady School of Management
Safe Category with 60 to 70% chances - UT Dallas, Mendoza,

All things considered, in order to increase your chances of getting admitted to these schools, you would need to ensure that you have a very strong application that highlights your strengths and overshadows your weaknesses. You need to showcase your journey, what makes you different from your peers, and how you are a great value addition to the school.

Therefore, in lieu of that, I would recommend you to check out our flagship ALL-IN-ONE service, which has helped 3500+ applicants get into their dream schools. You would also be entitled to end-to-end consulting combined with unlimited edits on your application documents. Not only this, you’d be consulted by a B-school alumnus who’d be helping you directly with your application process, right from finalising the right schools and submitting an impactful application to the school to preparing you for the interview and bagging scholarships!
