Hi there!
Thanks for sharing your background! Congratulations on a great GMAT and an amazing undergraduate performance! Your work there is done!
Your work experience is solid. It sounds like you have a strong leadership role in your organization and have substantial accountability. I assume you have loads of leadership examples in your back pocket from this experience. What is your career progression like? Sounds like you have a few promotions under your belt which is a plus!
Military service is also a nice component of your story and takes care of your involvement. However, if there are other things you have done in your community or other initiatives you've led outside of work, certainly don't be shy to include them! Your international exposure, multilingual skill set, and general hobbies are interesting as well.
That brings us to your goals. I think overall, you have a strong profile, but if I had to pick on you in any area it would be the specificity of your goals. Working for a multinational pharma company is great, but what exactly do you want to do. Getting precise here is how you'll bring your entire story together and demonstrate why your MBA is essential at this stage of your career. Further, your long-term is better, however, it's still a bit generic. It needs more context and more rationale around it. The problem of expensive medication isn't a new one, nor is it an easy one to solve. So if that is indeed your passion and your long-term goal in your career, you'll need to think about how to make it more real instead of "pie in the sky" wishful thinking (because that is how an AdComm member could see it).
As for your target schools - you are rightfully ambitious with your target schools. While these are technically stretch schools, you should apply to as many as you think you can do (putting together a quality application is key). CBS has a great
pharma management program and Kellogg also has a nice focus in healthcare.
