Thanks for the additional information. I think this version of your long-term goal is well worded and makes sense. As for your target schools, you should apply to them. You're targeting the cream of the crop, so yes, these are stretch programs, but you have a strong profile that gives you a good shot at gaining admission to one of them (if not more). I wouldn't worry too much about the brand name of your organization - a) there isn't anything you can do about it now and b) this isn't something that will keep you out. The best thing you can do to compensate that is to demonstrate your value to the organization and the organization's value to the market/community.

Thanks a lot Critical Square.

I also wonder one thing. As I am sure you are aware that wharton requires candidates to choose Health Care Management major before applying to their program. I checked that program and found out that it has a lot of courses which relate to people who want to have careers in healthcare management organisations, such as Hospitals, insurance companies, etc. There was very little related to the pharmaceutical industry. That is why, I am reluctant to major in this program. Can it be an issue for me? I am afraid they may question my motives for not choosing Health Care Management, even though I want to work pursue my career in the pharmaceutical industry.

This is a good question. First, I'd make sure you're convinced that their HCM Program doesn't offer anything for you specifically. According to their site, they target everybody. If that is indeed not the case, and you don't think you'll get much value out of it, then you shouldn't designate it just because of optics. Find a program that is worth your time and money in that it is directly aligned to your goals.
