Hi there,
Unfortunately, with your level of work experience and low GMAT, an M7 school is a far stretch unless you have other aspects of your experience that really cause you to stand out. The median age at M7 programs ranges between 27-29 and median GMATs are upwards of 720-730 for your applicant pool. From a pure numbers standpoint, you would be an outlier. To answer your question directly, the 1-year MBA is the same degree as the 2-year MBA. For the most part, you will still be recognized as a full-time MBA student, however, you'll miss out on some of the other benefits the 2-year MBA program has to offer (e.g. networking, internship, and some involvement opportunities with a cohort).
Hope this information helps. This probably wasn't what you wanted to hear, but our job is to give you an honest assessment and feedback of where you stand. If you decide to move forward, or change your target programs to ones where you're better aligned, feel free to check out
