Hi there,

Thanks for the details! Given your goals, I think an MBA is the way to go here. In the US, you'll want to focus on programs in the top 15-25. You could target one school above that, but to give you the best shot, you'll want to align yourself with the schools outside of that. The primary reason for this is going to be your academic profile. While your GPA is in a good spot, your GMAT is on the low side for your applicant pool when it comes to schools in the top 15 - consider schools like McDonough or Tepper. I like your work experience and your involvement, and surely, you'll have great anecdotes to write about for your essays. Globally, the MBA programs I would look at include IE, HEC, IMD, Judge, or Iese. Hope this information helps. Also, feel free to check out our free resources to get you started for your R2 preparation. Best of luck this season!

How about my GRE score, is it good enough to apply to top 10?

Hi there, in looking at your GRE, it actually shakes out to a lower GMAT score when you convert it (statistically speaking). Now, to clarify, your profile doesn't preclude you from applying to top tier schools. The decision of whether you apply to a top/stretch program is all about your risk profile and the number of schools you're willing to apply to in R2. If you can muster up the time and effort to apply to 4+ schools, I think you should allocate one of those to your top choice in the tier 1 category. Let us know if you'd like to chat live about how we can help you finalize a school selection and help you put together a winning application.

Thanks one last question, I had submitted my CV for review at LBS MiF program and I got a favourable response, they are encouraging me to apply. Should I apply there with my current GMAT/GRE score? Also, could you let me know what score should I target for a top tier school in US if I decide to retake the exam. Thanks in advance

You could apply to the MiF program there, but you should really evaluate your chances of achieving your goals through that program. That's an aligned program from a standpoint of your qualifications, however not so sure it's aligned to giving you the best chance at achieving your goals. Be sure to ask questions about the prospective employers and assess if that is what you truly want. As far as your GMAT/GRE for top 10 programs in the US, you should seek 730+ to boost your chances. If this helped, give us a kudos! Best of luck!
