I have appeared for GMAT and able to get score of 650 V34 and Q47 all the three times (Though I was able to get a score of 680 and 700 in mock tests)
I have briefly explained my profile here.
Professional Experience
4 Years of IT Experience.
6 Months of International Experience - Current Role
B.E Electrical and Electrical Engineering - 79.2% First Class Distinction
Higher Secondary - 92
Secondary School Exam - 92.2
14 months of experience a team lead.
Active Free lance aptitude trainer for more than 4 years.
Professional Certifications and Achievement:
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and ITIL Foundation Exam Completed.
Awarded Star Performer twice and part of team which was awarded "Star Team"
Extra Curricular Activities
First Prize in 1500m and 500m during college.
Represented school ball badminton level on district level

You really should aim to be over the average scores at your target programs by at least 20 points. Most of the programs you have listed you fall below the average score that is the quick and easy way to gauge competitiveness given your profile will come across average amongst your peer group. You may be in play for schools like Kelley or Smeal but really think about what uniquely you bring to the table that would entice them to bring you in. This should be the focus of your application package, how to stand out

What do you want to do post MBA? That should help you filter out some to these other programs that may not be the best fit for you. Based on what you shared, GW, Vanderbilt, and Washington are on the fringe of stretch for you, however I think applying to one of them is worth-while. The others seem OK. Ultimately, school selection boils down to how many schools you think you can dedicate the time to. If you're able to apply to four or so, give a stretch program a shot and have the other three more aligned to your profile. Hope this information helps.
