Please suggest the list of colleges (in India and abroad) for one year executive programme I should concentrate and acceptable GMAT score based on profile below.
Demographics: India , 29 , Male
Work Experience: - around 4 years - 8 months of experience
1.9 years of experience in Intellectual Property Right department in Micro Labs Ltd (one of leading domestic company in India)(function : patent management , handling patent issues, new product selection , time paced drugs filing etc)- Currently working
2.9 years of Experience in Academics(Assistant professor)
Education:
Pursuing PhD (Pharmaceutical Sciences), will complete in Mar 2016
GPA: 8.62 on a scale of 10(Masters in Pharmacy) - Ranked in Top 5 students through out the programme
Graduation (Pharmacy): 65.32%
XIIth : 63.50%
Xth:64.13%
PG Diploma:
GIIP (Global Institute of Intellectual Property) Bangalore- PGD in Intellectual property rights and Patent management (full time 9 months curriculum) - Topper of Batch
Certification's:
Manipal University - Certification course in Business Strategy (expected to complete in Jan 2016)

What school did you go to for undergraduate? You mention executive programs, but I would not recommend applying to EMBA at Wharton or Booth as you don't have enough experience to be competitive. Given the list of schools you mentioned and your demographics, you should target 740 on the GMAT, though 720 could work at some schools depending on the strength of the rest of your application.

Hi Sagar,
You could go ahead and apply to ISB. IIMs, I am not sure as you don't seem to have taken the GMAT yet and IIMB's deadline is 30th November, so you may have a timing issue there.
Booth and Wharton are both two year programs, so if you are strictly focused on a 1-year program, I would suggest that you consider the European programs. INSEAD requires international exposure- just pointing it out to you.
If you take your GMAT by mid December, you could apply to some schools that have their deadlines in January-16 (including European programs)
For an Indian, its always beneficial to score 720+
