You have some interesting experience that can be used to tell a nice story and connect the different experiences together. Kellogg and Haas will be a stretch for you as your GPA and GMAT are below average, with GPA being quite a bit below. You are in a better position for INSEAD and even better for IMD. I recommend targeting some additional US schools so you have a better shot across a wider range of schools.

Hey there dude,
So your GPA is a touch on the low side, but you have a very interesting and unique background. And I think with the right story you can really get a lot more out of your profile than it seems.
There are just soooo many candidates who have similar backgrounds, and between video games and poli sci, well, you definitely have the potential to tell an interesting story. The only question is: an interesting story that makes sense???
That will be your main challenge.
Also: question for you: why IMD? I'm not sure you are a great fit there, and if you explain your reasoning, I may be able to advise.
