I've got a Gmat score of 640 (Q48, V31).
I am a Indian journalist (female) with international experience in the Middle East. I put in a lot of hard work into studying maths. Wasn't expecting a high score in quant but my current verbal score is abysmal.
Have reported and covered foreign policy, and in my last job I was the content lead of a start-up. I also taught English (good god! what was I thinking during my exam) for about 6 months in the Middle East.
Please do let me know which schools I should apply to with my current score? I am keen on applying to Olin School of Business - what are my chances of getting through?
Am 30 and don't want to delay my application.
Please advise.

Thank you for the post. With your score and background you may want to target schools a bit lower than Olin. While that would be a bit of a stretch, schools in the 30 range are more within your reach.
What do you want to do after business school and what leadership experiences do you have? That will help me pinpoint schools for you.

Hey there!
I agree with Scott that schools in about the 25-50 range would be your sweet spot cause your GMAT is a bit low.
At the same time though you have a VERY very unique profile, and if you play your cards right, you can transform that into an accept at a very good school.
If you truly intend to apply this year, then you better get moving! Only 2.5 weeks left!!!!!
