Hi,
I have worked in a reputed Org. for 6 months then I left my Corporate Job to work in my Family business. In short my work profile is in Hospital Management. As the Hospital is not some global and type of a small pvt nursing home, what Proof do I need to submit.
Letter from my Dad as he is the owner ? Please guide . As I don't know what sort of formal proof will be required. As many colleges are asking Proof if in Family business.

What schools are asking for proof? Do you get a regular paycheck? As long as its official, I wouldn't worry about it. Anything you provide should suffice.

The best way is to just ask the schools what proof they want.
Others could be some reference from recommenders, mention of your name in any statutory filings, or, as mentioned, pay slips.
