Thanks for all of the detail you provided. The schools that you should be considering, assuming you're looking into the US, range between the top 25-40 MBA programs. Your GPA seems to fall in the range for those programs, and if you can get your GMAT above a 650, you'll be in great shape from an academic standpoint. Your work experience is a bit light, so I'd encourage you to start trying to take on more leadership roles on projects and initiatives. Your involvement activities sound great, but keep in mind that it's important to have an impact - you want to be more than just a volunteer and you want to do more than simply practice your passion for foreign languages from time to time. You need to immerse yourself in something and get engaged. Your goals are really generic, so take some time to hone in on a specific role to strive for. This will help align the right programs for you later on down the road. If you find yourself needing help with navigating the application process, developing an application strategy, or picking schools, sign up for a free consultation so we can chat. Hope this information helps. Feel free to get back to us with the answers to the above questions. Also, feel free to check out our free resources to get you started. Best of luck!
