GPA: 3.86 Industrial Engineering at a state university
Work Experience: 4 years at matriculation in technology consulting at Deloitte
Extracurricular:
Created a start up focused on developing mobile applications focused on health and social impact (strong user base, partnership with health charities, health impact can be reported)
Support the Wounded Warrior Games as a volunteer
Part of a team that plans a yearly charity golf tournament support the Navy Safe Harbor foundation (planned this event for the past 3 years)
Lead a recruiting team at my alma mater for Deloitte
Health and fitness (running, lifting, golf, tennis)
Other Key Points:
I come for a family of veterans and chose to enter the federal consulting space and support various extracurricular to support our military. Throughout working in technology I realized my passion for digital health and helping people to live a healthier lifestyle so I started a company focused on developing mobile applications to help facilitate this.

Do you feel that I have a shot at my target schools? Should I consider retaking the GMAT to make myself more competitive? I took the GMAT over a year ago so I would be starting fresh.

Thanks for sharing your profile. I think overall you have a nice profile and will be competitive with your GMAT/GPA combo. Now here is the but! You are applying to some of the top schools in the world and each one of them have had rising GMATs in the last few year which effectively leave you slightly below the average scores. Also considering you are coming from a competitive pseudo consultant pool from a large feeder program. Given the time you have prior to R1 I would consider retaking if you feel you can move the needle. Again moving your score up is not life or death for your candidacy but could certainly help amongst these very competitive schools

Quick question. If I were to retake the test and not beat my current score would this look bad in the eyes of admissions? It has been a bit over a year since i studied for the GMAT so I feel it could be risky.
