Hello ,

I need a feedback on my profile. Moreover, i need some insights for which B-Schools should i aim for.

I am an Indian, Male, 24 years.
10th : 81 %
12th : 78%
I completed by Bachelors in Urban Planning from School of Planning & Architecture (An autonomous Institute under Govt. of India, equivalent to IIT in field of Architecture & Planning) in 2015. CGPA : 7.6 ; 2 time semi-finalist of UC Berkley Undergraduate Essay writing competition. Won 2 National Level competition in field of Urban Planning, Event Manager for a Urban Planning convention which hosted 500+ students and introduced new competitions in the convention.
Since then, I have been working in a reputed IPC (International Property Consulting) firm. With over an year of professional experience, I have worked in Mumbai and am currently based in New Delhi. Since i work in Strategic Consulting division, I undertake Feasibility studies, Valuations and govt. assignment with real estate component. I am familiar with financial models that work in real estate sector.

Now i plan to purse MBA specializing in finance. I haven't taken GMAT yet but hope to get 650-700 range. I request you to review my profile and kindy let me know about the following :
1. Which tier of Grad Colleges should I apply to with mentioned GMAT score? (Top 25, Top 50 etc.) keeping in mind that i have 1 year of experience and by the time i will apply, it will be 1.5 year. I am open to apply in US,Canada, Asia Pacific B-Schools. Please suggest if i should consider more options.
2. Does my profile looks strong enough to compensate for my limited work experience ?

I would really appreciate your feedback/comments/suggestions

You need to over index on something-- right now I don't see where.
2. Does my profile looks strong enough to compensate for my limited work experience ? Honestly- not yet from what I see here. I think if you can continue to do well professionally and give yourself time for GMAT prep, that is your best option. We offer a professional development package that provides you a set number of hours with a counselor and together we make a plan for how you can best improve on all your key areas to best position yourself for successful B school in a year. Please reach out to us on our website at StratusPrep.com if you'd like to learn more. I think that could be very helpful to you. Realize that you may be able to get into a lesser tier school in a year- and perhaps that will suit your needs but if you really want to go top 25 I think shooting for a minimum of 3 yrs before starting gives you the best shot.
