• Writing Unix Shell Scripts to automate the processes
• Providing maximum availability of key applications to end users which are mostly Fortune 500 Customers and big banks around the world.
• Major Project include:-
Created a Dashboard providing live data of status of requests of key customer applications. Helps in analyzing problem areas for stuck requests and alerts well before in time so that necessary action can be taken to maintain availability and does has significantly brought down the rate of penalties. Awarded with Innovation Award for the same.
Created a tool to automate the process of ticket creation from customers request mail submitted in a specific format. Helped better tracking of work for both customer as well as team.
ERICSSON GLOBAL INDIA PVT LTD Aug2012-Sep2015
Overview • Working as Software Developer in Network Engineering Department.
• Front End:-Flex,HTML5;Backend:-JAVA;Database:-Mysql
• Major Projects include:-
Generic IP Core ESPA for monitoring the IP Core network of various customers. Includes creation of Dashboard, Nodeanalyzer, Admin Tab, Report generation.
IP Address Management tool for managing the IP Addresses in a network. Major responsibilities included creating AM charts to depict the used , unused addresses in the network and depicting IP Addresses and their network in graphical manner on basis of their status, location. Also, created the Manage Tab for managing and changing status of IP Addresses. Team Size-3. Acted as a module lead for this project and mentored two new joinees on the project.
Successfully managed and deployed HUDSON for automatic deployment of the JAVA WAR files. (Was the first to initiate and lead the concept in my team).
Viewnet which was represented at Mobile World Congress 2015 by Ericsson and received huge applause as well a fetched more customers for Ericsson. Involved 3D representation of the IP Core Network. Designed and created AM Charts for representation of Data, Animating RAN View using javascript and jquery on Node.js platform.
