Hey dude,
Well overall I think you have a very interesting and very promising profile, and you may even apply to more Top 10/15 schools than you currently are.
Your major weakness is your school/GPA, which could be higher for you to really get into Top 10 schools.
However all the rest is quite good: You have more and more interesting volunteer work than most candidates. You have an interesting if somewhat unorthodox experience, but I think if you get your story down this can be transformed into a big advantage rather than a disadvantage. I mean Law + family business + real estate + consulting = a man who is going places. Just try and go to ONE place, and not eleven.
If you hit the top end of your GMAT range, then more options will be open to you. And if you hit lower... well.. let's just say: good luck!
Other than that, Id love to hear about your family business, because if that is interesting it can really boost your profile,

I feel a certain kinship with you because I spent a year as a personal banker for Wells Fargo, enjoy helping customers didn't like the industry because it was so stuffy, went to Tulane Law, hated it, with a 2.5 after a year, and then applied to business school. (quite stupidly within the same year of the first year of Law School,)
So, I think your profile is basically good, your grade situation is not awesome, but you have some offsetting entries.
I like the fact that you have a lot of extracurriculars and it seems like you have quite a bit of leadership experience in a variety of different settings, and that is indicative of good essays.
I'm not familiar with every single consultancy but for MBB in order to get and, you need to 720 GMAT if you attend a top 20 school, and a 700 GMAT if you attend a top 10 School.
Strategy Consulting is a bit Persnickety about these things, so I would really work from the end here, and figure out where the recruiters are for the job you want, and what GMAT score you need to get in.
Duke sounds like a good cultural fit for you, the one thing I don't know is, is it in the league of top ten? If you need to either get into a top 10 or have a 720 to achieve your goal it's best to know soon.
