Flagship state school, 3.9/4.0 Business/Technology
6 Years at Big 4 Management Consulting, Number 1 rated every year, promoted to Post-MBA role after 2 years, Manager after 4 Years. Comp at the high end for Manager (over 200k) after only 2 years.
720 GMAT (47Q, 44V)
Very strong extras both inside and outside of work. Work related extra’s include National Staff Council, National Recruiting Lead for vertical, (hired over 50 MBA and undergrads) local diversity lead, mentor/coach to name a few. Outside extra’s include teaching/coaching underprivileged high school/college students and a few other similar programs.
Post MBA Goal – Return to current position.
In terms of recommendations I have excellent references from clients (C-level, VP level) or my local HR. What would get the best results assuming all are comparable?
Applying to Kellogg, W and H. What are my odds?

I am assuming here you are from US and went to school in US? For Kellogg Your 720 is a little under the average, but your GPA of 3.9 is significantly over so that helps. Also your work experience is very good and with sponsorship you look even better... I am not Houdini... and a lot of this depends on the quality of your application and how well you present on video and in person interviews- but I would say you have more than 50% chance of getting accepted. For HBS- the odds are lower- but if you can showcase a "habit of leadership" then you have a shot- but I don't put the odds over 50% but certainly above their overall 12% acceptance rate- and I think it still worth applying given your strong profile and for Wharton with you are somewhere in between those other 2 on odds- better odds than HBS and probably not as good as your odds at Kellogg- your GMAT is 10 pts under the average but again the gpa saves you and you seem to me a strong candidate there too. Now round matters and your best odds were R1- which is done for now- but certainly R2 is good also. If you can't make it by R2 I would wait to be on the early train for next year's R1.
