Linda,

thank you for your kind advice. From the answer of the admissions (see bellow), I will not refer to the previous essays, but rather add condensed paragraphs with the most important messages of the previous stories I have told.

I understood your advice about responsibility and growth and I am giving this spin in the essays this year.

Thanks for your answer.
Best regards,
Fabio

Fabio,

I understand that you would like to understand how your previous
application is reviewed as part of your second application to
Kellogg. While we do refer to your first application when reviewing your
second one, it is not read from cover-to-cover, rather used as more of a
reference point. We do refer back to it when reviewing your candidacy to
Kellogg. The Admissions Committee members will have access to this
application.

It is best not to refer back to it, but you may feel it essential to
re-state points made in your first application when you start answering
questions in your second application. If you need further clarification,
please let me know.

XXX
Associate Director, Admissions
Kellogg School of Management

Thanks for getting back to me.
