Hi,
I was trying to fill the Kellogg application and I saw that I had to enter the "reason for leaving my previous job". How important is this information? I dont know if it is better to write "personal reasons" or "job dissatisfaction" or "to start a family". The actual reason I had left that company was because I didn't believe in the ethics of the organization anymore, I decided that it is time to take a break and start a family.

I would write that you found you didn't agree with the ethics of the company. That's a lot stronger than the ever ambigious "personal reasons" line.
