Hi DH99,

SCM and IT strategy probably both have some connect with your earlier work experience. Basing post-MBA goal on academic certificate – if that’s the case in case of SCM – may not be a good idea. Your budget too will rule you out of many programs. Last, a better GMAT score will improve your odds.

Hi 99Colleges,

I don't have any plans to retake GMAT as I have given GMAT thrice and this is my best score. Looking to apply this year. For SCM,I don't have any work exp but I do have theoretical knowledge.Can you please suggest schools to apply in Canada keeping in mind the Budget and post-mba opportunities.

Some of the good programs in Canada are Rotman, Ivey, McGill, Schulich, and Queen’s. You can get information on tuition and other costs on their website. I don’t think putting a budget filter is a good idea. You should ideally aim for a good program, which will eventually give you better RoI.
