Some more perspectives here Raunak:
  1. Your profile sounds interesting but it will be good to understand your employer's brand. The international experience will definitely be useful - what has been the duration of that though?
  2. The ECs look all dated. Recency effect is pretty important and college level stuff will have marginal utility as it was a while back.
  3. The GMAT will definitely be a big hurdle. R1 is important, but never at the cost of a sub-optimal application. Read here. I'd definitely recommend forgoing R1 and plunging head first into GMAT prep - try to breach your mock scores even with some professional help if not taken yet.

Hope this helps some.
