Thanks for sharing your profile. It’s a solid profile. Won’t be a slam dunk but given you are applying from a country with a relatively low applicant base this should help you stand out if you can drive home an interesting application. Not sure i would bother with your H/S/W but the other schools on your list may make sense if they are fit for you career / culture wise. Your low GPA will be your main red flag here which a school like Booth may not be able to get over

I wonder, in your experience, what parts of my profile should I exploit when applying, and which weaknesses and potential mistakes you see story-wise. Does it seem like I´m jumping around or as gathering perspectives? Can you tell from my job roles what I do and its importance or should I focus on pimping that part of the explanation?

GPA will be your main weakness so anything you can do on the GMAT to balance that out will help you. I would make sure you are connecting the dots from your current work experience and the rationale behind your career choices and make sure everything feels well aligned with your planned future goals. Double down on areas of passion and the uniqueness of your upbringing given your diversity. Share how that has molded you into the person you are today. You’ll need to embrace your diversity!
