I’m 29 years old and I’m planning to apply to the MBA Programs in the subject line in fall 2018. Request a profile evaluation for the same

GPA of 4.0 and University Topper
I have completed a bachelors in business management with a specialisation in finance.
Work Experience
1. Campus Placement in Goldman Sachs in the asset management division as portfoli control analyst - 2 years (2010-202)
2. WEConnect International - not for profit working in the field of supplier diversity for women entrepreneurs. I was the senior associate working directly with the director of the Indian division. My responsibility was to identify women entrepreneurs, help them get certified with our organisation and connect them as vendors to member fortune 500 companies. We also held events all over India to educate and empower women entrepreneurs in important topics such as capital procurement, risk, growing and scaling business operations, networking etc - 1 year (2012-2013)
3. I moved to the United States after marriage and had to wait a couple of months to get my work authorisation. I joined Wilmington Trust (M&T Bank) as a client onboarding specialist - 2.5 years (2014-2017)
I had to move back to India last August due to family emergency and I’m currently working on developing a project to make the smartcane device available to all blind people across Bangalore, India.
I’m looking for a field change after completing MBA and will be looking to work in Corporate Finance.
GMAT - planning to give GMAT in April and hoping to get 720-750
Leadership
Head of student body in school
Head of sports day committe
Started a community club which completed a number of social projects
Led the school delegation to DPS Mock United Nations in 12th standard
Toastmasters Coach club and club president in college
Head of literature and dance committe in the college fest team
Vice president of the diversity committee in Golman Sachs and Custodian Captain for State Street Bank
Alao led the project for transition of manual accounts to a fully automated tool.
Organized all the events across major cities in India. Incharge if the finances and budgets for the organization. Incharge of memberships and new hires in WEConnect
I am an active participant in community building and social projects since school days. I regularly donate blood, participate in food and clothing drives and donate money to organizations who look after animals. I just adopted an abandoned kitten a few months back.
Please do met me know what are my chances with the B schools of my choice and if I can do something else to improve my chances.
Also does it hurt my profile that I have a very varied work experience?

I think if you are able to hit the high end of the GMAT you should be in play at some of these schools. I will say your biggest challenge will be showcasing a clear career trajectory. Your career path is a bit all over the place so hopefully your post-MBA career goals still align well with some of your past stops.
