I appeared for my GMAT Exam on 11/1/18 and scored a 690 (Q46, V38). Although, I'm quite happy with this result but since I'm applying for a Masters in Quantitative Finance or Masters in Finance in Germany and a couple of other European Universities (NHH, UVA, Rotterdam School of Management, Goethe University Frankfurt), I'm worried regarding my quants score which is a 60th percentile (Verbal percentile is 85th and IR is a 93rd percentile if these universities would consider that too).
I need some suggestions as to whether I should go for a re-take? I have a 3.3 CGPA in my Bachelors of Accounting & Finance with a 8 months experience in Equity Research.
I am just looking to secure an admission as a first option and not considering about scholarships as of now.

Many schools, esp those you mention prefer your GRE scores for these courses.

You don't have to worry about the percentile as your over all score is considered. B-Schools your considering to apply carries an average GMAT around 650, so please do not consider to retake GMAT but yes you can think about GRE. But if you can write an excellent essays then you can make it into the b-schools you are targeting with your GMAT score.
