One thing you might not think about when hiring an MBA admissions consultant is to ask if they invest in YOU by keeping up with the latest trends in MBA admissions and keeping in touch with admissions directors at the top MBA programs. The best way to do that is to attend the AIGAC annual conference- AIGAC- the association of international graduate admissions consultants organizes a weeklong event each summer to give admissions counselors a chance to discuss best practices in the industry and also to keep current with MBA programs. This year the conference will be hosted at Kellogg and also will include visits to Michigan Ross, Rotman, Booth and McCombs.
