Your profile has a lot of positive aspects but in order to really “seal the deal” with a top school like Yale or Booth, you need some “secret sauce” as well, for them to really get who you are as a person, besides all the statistics. Do you have anything to add with regards to your background, your post-MBA goal, measurable and impressive achievements from your extracurriculars etc? If so, that can make a huge difference in your case, where the basics are definitely covered but you need something special to make you stand out and be more memorable.

Good luck!

Thanks for sharing your profile. Looks good across the board with competitive GMAT, GPA, and work experience. Not sure if I missed your career goals. On paper you are in play but to breakthrough you will need to stand out...often aligning your career goals around some underlying passion is a nice way to do this

Thank you for the detailed profile post. Whenever we work with lawyers they tend to do really well. I was just talking with an attorney client yesterday and we went over how he needed to connect his litigation work with his post-MBA goals. As long as you do that you should have a very good chance at these schools. Stanford would be the stretch school, with the others all realistic options. I even see some scholarship money for you.

Reach out with any other questions or if you want to explore further together.

Best,
Scott
