I would keep things as is...the low verbal score may open up more problems than solutions. That 740 is a strong score, even if the Q is slightly lower, but that verbal score on your latest GMAT is really low. I would keep that score under wraps if possible

thanks for the reply and sorry for taking so long getting back to you. the problem is largely that some universities (imperial for example) specifically state: "Submitting a GMAT or GRE result is also highly recommended. A score of at least 48/60 in the quantitative section of GMAT, or at least 159 in the quantitative section of GRE will add weight to your application"
