I am a software engineer(female) with 2+ work experince in an MNC and my gmat score is 720,GPA-3. I would like to know what are my chances of getting into ISB hyderabad,India.Further i have done a lot of community service to abolish child labour.

I'm answering for Linda. As you know, ISB's average GMAT is 690 so you are competitive in that respect. Also, only 19% of their class is female, so admitting you would help them move that number up.
Your big hurdle is your work experience. The work experience for the middle 80% of ISB students is 35 to 107 months, so you are on the low side. ISB does seem to be open to younger applicants, however: "we do have some students with less than two years work experience. Their admission was based on their convincing reasons on how they are ready for a management programme and will fit in with the class. There is no template for exceptional qualities. It varies on a case-to-case basis. You have to explain in the application essays why you should be admitted, why now and what differentiates you."
They talk alot about leadership so you should emphasize your work and non-work leadership experiences. I think you should "go for it."
