Hi
arun4455,
Thank you for your post. Please note that Ivy League refers to a specific group of schools (Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, Penn, and Yale). Not all of those universities have MBA programs, and not all top MBA programs are from the Ivy League. (Six of the top 20 programs in the U.S. are from the Ivy League.)
In any case, it seems that top programs would be a stretch for you at this juncture. First, they are all extremely competitive. Second, you are on the high side in terms of work experience. Students at most top programs average around five years of experience (HBS/Stanford slightly less), and the middle 80% of the class at Columbia, for example, has a work experience range of three to eight years. You will be on the front tail of that, which makes things more difficult.
Beyond that, you need to secure a top GMAT and have top-tier experience both professionally and extracurricularly. I've shared two links below to help provide further context and detail for you. For reasons described here and in those links, I do believe a top-tier full-time program would be quite difficult at this point. You might consider taking the GMAT to see where you stand, with a potential eye toward other MBA programs, possibly in other countries, or other types of MBAs (e.g., EMBA, part-time).
