Hi,
I took my GMAT around 4 years ago and score a 650 which I had then reported to a few schools. I recently took my GRE and got a score which roughly translates to 730 on GMAT. I am considering applying to one of the business schools to which I had earlier reported my GMAT score. I am planning to only mention my GRE score in the application for this school. I wanted to know if the school will consider my GRE score as it is the latest and highest or will they also look at my earlier submitted GMAT score and take that into consideration?

First congratulations on your score !!
The school will consider the latest score you send.
They would ideally look for your best score .
At times students are in wait list and they rewrite the exams and then they send to the schools their latest scores and that increases the chances or acceptance.
So it's fine .I would suggest go for your GRE score while applying.

Tiyaa if they ask for all scores, be honest, but trust they will consider the newest score. If you need to put your mind at ease, call admissions! If you have any concerns you can offer further proof of numeracy (work, CFA, etc) in the optional.
