Hi there,
I trust you are doing well. Oh yes, I want to study business again, but from a well renowned school this time.
I am Suryansh, 29, Indian, male, residing in United Arab Emirates. I need your guidance on the following
1. The choice of schools
2. Way forward
So, here are some details which may be useful for review:
Academic:
1. UG: B.Tech, Civil - National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India (GPA: 8.42/10)
2. PG: MBA, Logistics and Supply Chain Management - S P Jain School of Global Management, Dubai-Sydney-Singapore, UAE-Australia-Singapore (GPA: 3.54/4, Dean's List)
Competitions:
1. Several (1st and 2nd position) awards in paper presentation, case studies at National Level technical competitions during my undergraduate studies
Professional:
Experience - 8 years (by September 2019)
Industry - Power (2 years), Technology Consulting (1.5 years), Management Consulting (3.5 years), Banking & Financial Services (1 year)
Current Designation: Project Manager (one of the largest bank in the UAE)
Portfolio managed till date: >USD 400m
Countries worked: India, Japan, Philippines, UAE, Kuwait, Oman
Recommendations: from CIOs and COOs of top banks in the Middle-East
Certifications:
1. Project Management Professional (Certified by PMI)
2. Six Sigma Green Belt

Given your extensive international experience, your list of preferred schools is good. You might want to include HEC Paris as well.
Your GMAT score won't help you stand out much from the Indian applicant pool, especially for INSEAD and LBS. So, if possible I would recommend a retake and score +730.
As you may know, a key element in your application is to justify why you need a second MBA. Without a proper justification, it might be difficult to get the schools to consider your application.
You have not mentioned your career goals in your post. On your application, you will need to clearly articulate your career goals and need for a (second) MBA.

Thank you for your post and for sharing your profile. To respond to your inquiry directly: considering your demographic, you should consider retaking the GMAT (as mentioned in the previous post) precisely because of the competitiveness of your target b-schools. Your "way forward" should be looking at your profile wholistically. You want to identify any weaknesses in your profile (can you do anything to address them?) as well as determine what sets you apart from other candidates in your demographic. What you want to pay attention to is (i) your professional goals, (ii) why do you require a second MBA (what was missing from the previous MBA that is impeding you from achieving your goals), and (iii) why are you targetting these insitution's specifically (aside from ranking)?
It seems that you have held positions in a variety of different industries (a bit unclear in your post). If that is the case, you might need to address that in your applications.
