Thank you for your post. Your GRE and both sub-scores are above average for students at Ross and McCombs who took the GRE, and your GPA is great. So the short answer is no, I don't think you "need" to retake the GRE in order to boost your score.
That said, it'd be great to know a little more info, as these decisions should really be made in context of your overall profile. For example, where did you go to school and what did you major in? How were your quant grades? Do you do any quant work?
[I don't love that your GRE score "converts" to a 690 on the ETS tool, or that the predicted Q equivalent is 42, but that kind of harks to the difficulty of matching up GMATs and GREs. And again, your current scores are above average for the schools.]
Beyond scores, keep in mind as you approach the applications that you're on the higher end for work experience (applying with eight years of experience to enroll with nine). So you should be super clear about your goals and "why now" for MBA.
