I'm wondering if I should include any summer internships that I did in college on my resume for the MBA application. I have only had one job after college (3 years experience), and I could definitely have this take up the work experience section of my resume. However, I'm wondering if it would be better to include any summer internships to show more breadth of experience, or if the internships are not relevant because they occurred while I was still in college.

I agree with Farrell that it really depends on what those internships were, what you felt you learned there and if they are relevant to your post-MBA goal somehow. So it’s hard to answer that question without knowing much about those internships, but if they are at all relevant to the industry you want to end up in after your MBA, I would say it is generally a good idea to list/mention them.
