Hi everyone,
I am a 2017 undergraduate from MIT with a 4.4/5.0 GPA. Female, 23 years, of Indian descent.
I've scored 760 on GMAT with 50 quant/42 verbal.
I am currently at Microsoft as a Product Manager and received a promotion 15 months in.
I hope to apply for MBA programs at HBS, GSB, Kellogg, and Booth next Fall (2019) to matriculate in 2020.
Extracurricullarly, I am a performing artist so I am creative/artistic director and choreographer for a large 501c3 in my area and also travel to perform. I additionally tutor/consult high school students as education is a passion of mine. Happy to provide more information as needed.
Please let me know where you feel my package is lacking and my chances for these schools.

Your undergraduate institution is one of the best there is and your GPA there is great.
Your GMAT score is even better news.
Microsoft is reputable company and promotion does make a difference.
Some pertinent facts about your application list :
Stanford GMAT average of admitted students is 737.
HBS GMAT median is 730.
Booth latest GMAT average is 738.
You surpassed them all
Your extracurricular is very interesting.
All in all, you should be admitted at some schools from your list, if not all of them....or at least secure interviews

A few perspectives and reflections for you to ponder on dancingnataraja:

- The academic arc looks stellar indeed. Where did that GPA place you relatively though? In any case, this could be a huge plus in your candidature.
- The ECs sound good. However, think of ramping things up and also think about the impact quotient. Tutoring apart, is there something more you can do, something that showcases even more initiative and resolve? That's an area worth doing more on - also because of some factors noted below.
- Microsoft PM is great! However, is that on the tech side or the business side. If the latter, then even better. That also makes it tricky. You'd have to convince adcoms if you really need an MBA and where does it take you.
- The other factor to bear in mind is that given your timelines, you'd be early. Read here. While adcoms might be willing to look past it, you'd have to give them material to do so. This is where the ECs might come in handy. Also, you'd have to push really hard to show impact in the limited time at MS. Make sure you don't just rely on your academic prowess to see you through to the top.
