Professional experience:
Jul 2018 - present: Serving as a planner at Headquarters, U.S. Army, Pacific, the headquarters that is responsible for the readiness of all Army forces in the Indo-Pacific. Assigned to two very-high-profile projects and assisting the lead planner in organizing the collaboration of a dozen different directorates a subordinate headquarters. This job position is traditionally held by a more senior captain with at least 7 years of experience.
Jul 2017-Jul 2018: Served at Headquarters, U.S. Army, Pacific, as the executive officer to the foreign policy advsior (FPA), a Department of State Senior Foreign Service Officer assigned to the headquarters. Nov 2016-Jul 2017: Served as an assistant operations officer for a battalion of over 650 soldiers. Assisted in formulating plans and directives to facilitate the battalion's preparation for worldwide deployment. While assigned as the leader of a temporary platoon of 25 soldiers for a specific series of missions in a major exercise, all combat missions were completed successfully and smoothly when supervised by me.
Aug 2015-Oct 2016: Served as platoon leader of a 46-man ground combat platoon. Responsible for the platoon's readiness and welfare as well as the maintenance of five large combat vehicles valued in excess of $16 million. Platoon achieved best performance among the battalion's nine ground combat platoons in a final evaluation of all the platoons' collective combat proficiency. Responsible for the training of 300 incoming cadet candidates at the West Point Prepatory School by 75 West point cadets.

You've got a strong profile on paper, personally I'd like to see the Quant score a bit higher but with a 720, a good GPA from WP, and significant military leadership, you're in a strong position for schools ranked 5-15. For a better assesment of your candidacy, we would have to know a bit more about your goals and rationale for pursuing an MBA. Yes, include the undergraduate leadership experience, but don't dwell too much on it.
