Hello
ffischerImperial is great school for Finance.
Dont know what "target" would mean, when you described your undergraduate institution, it sounds like your German undergraduate institution was target school for Imperial, like they want to recruit people with that background

It would be easier if you just typed name of your undergraduate school.
GPA is fine.
Thesis that was heavily quantitative, mixed with econometrics and statistics flavor is great recommendation.
Now, nobody can really asses your profile without GMAT score.
For this purpose, I am going to work with average score of their admitted students at MSc Finance program, which is 711.
This is also guidance for you and insight, where you should shoot/score on GMAT.
Your work experience is relevant.
Reference from Statistics and Mathematics professor will count.
Extracurricular is commendable, although it would add even more weight if your were up to MBA, still for MSc in Finance will also be seen as favorable.
All in all, if you score in ballpark of 711 on GMAT you have really good chances of being admitted to Imperial.
Good Luck with application
