Hi all,
Firstly I thanks all for spending your time on evaluating my profile.
I am looking for good MBA universities in Canada.
My profile
10th marks- 7cgpa
12th marks- 54%
BBA(3years) from IP university, Delhi- 75% with distinction
2.5 years of work experience in an unregistered proprietor firm (my father's bus.) but i do file my ITR and I can get documents ready on letter head.
Gmat not yet given, but expecting around 650
My Queries:
1) Do I need WES for my degree, I checked free WES tool and that shows my BBA equals to 4 years Degree in Canada.
2) Will my work experience count being an unregistered firm.
3) will Gmat improve my current profile ?
4) What Universities I can look for ?
5) What should be the deadline for getting my docs. ready for sep'20 intake ?
6) Any other suggestions as you may deem fit.
I have short listed following universities :
i) York University – Schulich School of Business
ii) University of British Columbia – Sauder School of Business
iii) University of Windsor
iv) University of Waterloo
v) Vancouver Island University
vi) Ryerson University
vii) Simon Fraser University
viii) Queen's University
Please do reply, your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Few thoughts on your profile, your education is on the decent side except your UG grades are good. Working in your father's business can be considered a full-time career, until and unless you have something to show your contribution towards it. You have to showcase yourself to the adcom how you have helped your father to grow his business with your innovative ideas, value creation, and entrepreneurship skills.
1)No need to get the WES for your degree if it is equivalent to 4 years degree in Canada, but to be on the safest side you can write to Adcom asking whether do you really need WES to apply to their MBA program.
2)Yes, if you have proper documentation to prove that you have initiated a new idea to improve your father business and contributed your full time towards its growth.
3)Since GMAT is one of the essential criteria to apply for an MBA, having a good GMAT i.e above the average score would certainly make changes on your profile.
4)Most of the schools shortlisted above are suitable for you to apply, predicting if you have your expected GMAT score. Considering almost all the schools mentioned here have their average GMAT around 650.
5)You can Keep the required documents ready by month of June or July since R1 deadlines will be starting from Aug'19. It is suggested to apply in R1 if you're looking forward to a scholarship.
6)I am afraid to judge your profile fit for any school now since a lot of major information is missing here like your extra curriculum, post-MBA goals.
If possible do tell us more about your extra curriculum and future goals after MBA, to give us more clarity on your profile to share more inputs on your profile.

Congratulations on choosing Canada as destination, great country for living
Do you need WES evaluation and is your degree equal to bachelor or 4 year degree is question that you need to ask every university on you application list.
Will your working experience count as being unregistered is quite questionable, again you need to ask them directly, how do you prove them your qualifications in those terms.
Yes good GMAT score improves overall profile.

Deadlines can differ, you seriously need to visit websites of schools you want to apply, before asking those redundant question here.
From your list I can recommend : Schulich, Sauder, Waterloo, Ryerson, Simon Fraser and Queen's as good choice, the rest I would skip.
