Hello All,
I would really appreciate if somebody could evaluate my profile:
GMAT : 700
Work Experience: 3 years at the time of application as a Design Engineer in an MNC in USA
Education: MS Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State and BE Mechanical from Manipal Institute of Technology
GPA: 3.8/4 in MS and 7.5/10 in BE
Target Schools: ISB , SP Jain, INSEAD, HEC Paris
To summarize my current role, I work in an Architectural Engineering firm as a part of a team which comes up with design solutions for clients. Our clients include Ford, GM, Fiat Chyrsler, VA hospitals and many more automative companies and hospitals. It involves a lot of inter-disciplinary coordination and client interaction on a daily basis with the help of various modeling and simulation software. I worked on a similar role for 2 years in my previous company which was a Fortune 500 MNC firm and reason to switch companies was to work with a different client domain. My current firm has around 1000 employees.
My career goal after graduation is to transition into Consulting role for a Technology, Engineering or Infrastructure company. The reason to pursue MBA is to move from a technical role to a more project management based role.
I am also involved in volunteering hours for my local community.
