Thanks a lot Paul. I do have osme cost/benefit and budgetting experiecne which I will include in my portfolio, as you have suggested.

If I want to apply for the US business schools which ones I should target for? Is there osmething else I can do to improve my chances of getting into a US busines school?

SunShine,

Assuming you can get your GMAT up around 700, then you could consider Wisconsin (very strong equities program), Duke, Rochester, Yale, Ohio State, and Cornell--all quality programs with strong reputations in finance. To improve your profile, you could earn A's in 2 or 3 business/equities-related courses, perhaps find a leadership role in a business/equities-related community or professional organization, try to move into more leadership and business-related roles in your current position (if possible), and begin networking with the students/alumni of your target schools and doing informational interviews with people in healthcare-related equities research.

Good luck,
