Hi WarBuff,
Why waste you enthusiasm on something thats just going to add a data point to your application.
You have a high GMAT score and good experience with a leading consulting firm. I am sure you can portray a good overall profile fit for the MBA, and project how you can add value to the class.
Your low GPA may be an impediment but may be not. B-school admissions are not on the basis of a single data point but on the basis of overall profile, particularly parameters such as your drive, achievements, leadership quality, employability post MBA, and most importantly the value that you add to your alma mater.
I am sure you would do much better without add additional degree. If you want to enrich your application further, gather up a few relevant extra-curricular projects or maybe work on a strategic project for your firm.
Wish you all the best.
Get in touch with us if you need help framing your profile for the journey and creating the overall strategy.
Cheers !

I have recently passed GMAT with score of 730 (Q:47 V:43), and getting ready to my MBA journey. Moreover, I have a solid experience of 5 years in Consulting services in top firm in my country with several promotions and up trend track record. Although, my GPA from the undergraduate school is too low - 2.5. I think this will be a huge barrier for my application, hence I am going to make another accelerated bachelor's degree and get GPA above 3.6 and show the respective GPA in my application, Is it worth it?
